THE LAW AND ECONOMY JOURNAL publishes articles in English and Serbian. All submitted articles are evaluated by two external reviewers. The peer review is double blind.
ARTICLES SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN ELECTRONIC FORM TO

Only original papers, which are not part of the defended master’s or doctoral thesis, entrance or seminar paper, and which have not been published or offered to another journal, are submitted for publication. The author encloses a statement to this effect when submitting the text. If not, the editorial board retains the right to refuse cooperation with the author in future.
The form for the Author’s Statement is available on this web-site. When submitting the text, the author should also submit the filled-out and signed form of the Author’s Statement.
The Code of Ethics is available on the journal’s website.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to adapt texts to the law review’s style and format.
The Law and Economy is a quarterly law journal, published at the end of March, June, September, and December.

- February 20 – for the first issue
- April 20 – for the second issue
- August 20 – for the third issue
- November 20 – for the fourth issue
